In mid May, 30 MTI executives in this year’s YES Management Training program converged in Pittsburgh, PA for session two of four sessions.  During the two and a half days, the group participated in two plant tours hosted by Solar Atmospheres of Western Pennsylvania and Penna Flame Industries and a day and a half of interactive leadership training by The Corps Group.

Session two of the YES program focused on becoming the best leader you can be for your people and how to build leaders within your organization.  This session also played host to a dozen YES alumni from varying years who took part in the program as well as a break for alumni only to debrief their lessons learned on making change within their plants.  Session three is slated for Cleveland, Ohio in August.
